Privacy Policy

Browser tools. RFQ text, BOM CSV, quote data and invoice details entered into the current public tools are processed in your browser. The tool code does not upload these inputs to us. Downloaded or printed results remain on your device. This does not prevent your browser extensions or device software from accessing data.

Website requests. Cloudflare hosts this website and may process IP addresses, browser information, request times and security logs to deliver and protect it. The current website code does not add advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Hosting security features may use necessary cookies. Cloudflare's processing is governed by its own privacy notice.

Contact and projects. If you email us, your email provider and ours process the message. We use your name, business contact details and correspondence to reply, assess a project, deliver agreed services and administer payments. Do not email passwords, identity documents, sensitive personal information or confidential technical files before agreeing an appropriate transfer process. For a paid project, storage, access, processors, AI use and deletion periods must be agreed in its SOW before data is transferred. We do not use client confidential data to train our own models or publish it without permission. We do not send it to third-party AI tools without written project authorization.

Sharing and location. Hosting is provided by Cloudflare; business email may be handled through Gmail/Google. Payment records are handled by the payment provider selected for a project. We do not sell personal information. We share it only for agreed services, security, legal obligations or authorized business administration. The service provider is in China; correspondence or project information may be accessed there. If your organization restricts cross-border access, tell us before sharing information.

Retention. We aim to delete inactive inquiry correspondence 12 months after the last relevant contact, unless required for an ongoing project, dispute or legal record. Project files follow the signed SOW. Accounting and contract records are retained as applicable law requires. A minimal suppression record may be kept to prevent unwanted commercial contact. Deleted material may remain in provider backups under their retention practices.

Your choices. Email us to request access, correction, deletion or to stop commercial emails. We verify requests appropriately and explain any lawful retention limits. You can stop outreach by replying unsubscribe or no further emails; we do not charge or require an account. Privacy complaints can be sent to the same contact address. This site is intended for business and general utility use, not to collect children's information. If processing changes materially, we update this policy before introducing the change.
