Clean repeat CSV exports before importing them into another system. Save your cleanup steps as a local recipe and run the same recipe on the next file.

Trim leading and trailing spaces in every cell Collapse repeated spaces inside cells Remove blank rows Normalize column headers to lowercase snake_case Remove columns that are empty in every row Normalize simple dates to YYYY-MM-DD

Keep and rename columns

After previewing, uncheck columns you do not need or rename headers for the export.

Run preview to list columns.

This is a cleanup helper, not a guarantee that another app will accept the import. Always test important imports with a small batch first.
